Turquoise Valley Golf, Restaurant And RV

General Info

Sites are full hookup (electric and sewer), with free cable TV and coded Wi-Fi. Washroom facilities are modern and clean, as is a Laundry Room that provides a payphone and internet landline for short term visitors and/or those without Wi-Fi. Propane is conveniently available and our LPG service personnel, like the rest of us, are among the friendliest you'll find anywhere.

DOGS              Though dogs are welcome to stay with you, apart from a direct path between the front gate to Newell St. and your door, they are not allowed to be walked in the RV Park.  Please use Newell Street and the lots on either side of the RV Park.  The golf course is also off-limits for dog walking.  Residents of the RV Park expect -and we insist- that any clues left along the way will be picked up by their owners and disposed of.  There is a baggies stand at the front gate in the Park.     

NOISE             Quiet time is 10pm to 7am.   

MAIL                Anyone staying longer than one month is obligated by Federal law to get a P.O. Box.  It’s $20 for up to 6 months and $40 for up to 12 months. 

If you’re staying less than one month and your mail will be forwarded here, make sure it is addressed “care of” Turquoise Valley, P.O. Box 727, Naco, AZ 85620.  Following these instructions provides the best chances for expeditious service.  The friendly folks at the Naco Post Office may be reached at 520-432-2471.  The Naco P.O. will indeed assign a Box number prior to arrival, so that you may know in advance where you may have your mail forwarded.  Just give them a call. 

WIFI                 Free Wi-Fi Available!  See Pro Shop for codes!  If you absolutely need the power, high speed and peace of mind that comes from a true, utility company, Cableone would be happy to provide it for you.  It seems they always have a promotion on tap: 520-432-5397.  You will need to know your assigned site number.  

WATER                                    We still haven’t installed water meters at the sites.  However we do realize that we are in desert; and although we’re a golf course, we’ve managed to cut our own annual water usage over 25%  since 2001, and that’s a trend we started before working with the Upper San Pedro (River) Partnership.   Yet RV Park per capita percentages steadily climb: $10 fee to wash your RV. 

TELEPHONE SERVICE           Those who would like a land line can get one if they are confirmed for any of the sites numbered 1 – 60.  The number to call Qwest/CenturyLink is 800-244-1111.  The RV Park address is: 1791 W. Newell St, Naco, 85620.  Once again, you’ll need to know your site number.    

... We've been named Southern Arizona's top rural course for a couple of reasons. One: we're a fantastic golf course; and Two: we're rural.  Cell service has it's ups and downs. Although people have had varying degrees of success with Verizon, Nextel and others, it is Sprint that is most reliable in the immediate area.  But every year gets better! 

RATES & FEES                       Covered Above: Lower rates now than we’ve had, going back several years!

DEPOSITS                              $50 / month to hold a site.  Please contact the Pro Shop if there are any anticipated changes in your arrival/departure dates.  

RV SUPPLIES/NEEDS               ACE HARDWARE, just up the block on Naco Hwy, keeps a nice inventory of the usual suspects, including sewer hose, many other sanitary supplies and more.  BONDURANT Mobile RV Service: 520-378-0549 for pretty much every kind of repair.  RV CITY, just north of Sierra Vista in Huachuca City/Whetstone, has all sorts of parts, a service department and new and used RVs for sale.  A number of our residents have actually upgraded their residence(s) at RV City over the course of their stays here!   

RECYCLING                We have a recycling center in the RV Park.  Please use it!  Unfortunately, we can't handle glass, but #1 & 2 Plastics, cardboard, newspaper and aluminum are all collected here.  Please be kind and separate recyclables before depositing, thanks!
